To purchase a Property Investment with Sure Holdings you must become a Fine Wine Trading client with us first. This enables existing client's preference over our exclusive property investments.
Our fees and charges may change from time to time. Please be informed this is for public knowledge and the company holds the right to change or amend these fees at anytime without prior notice.

Property Investment
NEGOTIATION FEE
2% of total property value
(Value stated on Sales Contract)
(Refundable on unsuccessful loan applications providing timelines are adhered to and all documents are provided.)
ADMIN FEE (For Loan Application, non refundable)
0.2% of total property value
Property Management
SNAGGING DEFECTS CHECK (One time charge on new property)
10 British Pence per square foot of property
MANAGEMENT FEE
6% of monthly rental income
Outgoing costs will be charged accordingly such as dispatch, maintenance fees etc. Please ask for breakdown of details with your monthly rental update
PROPERTIES REQUIRING SUPERVISION
Any properties requiring major repairs OR delivery of goods purchased by you that require our supervision will be chargeable at 5% of the cost of the repairs/purchases. This will be monitored for cost and the quality of work completed. Traveling/Admin expenses to the property will also be charged.
SOURCING TENANT
1 month rental plus 5% GST
(GST - Government Service Tax in Malaysia, usually paid to local agent in Malaysia)
Referral Fees
If your referral becomes a WINE TRADING client you receive 1 FREE ADMIN FEE on your next wine trade.
If your referral becomes a PROPERTY INVESTOR you receive 1 FREE ADMIN FEE on your next wine trade.
